At the office
Ask Claude for the brand package before you open Lovable.
This link is for a desk. A clinic, a studio, a borrowed office, or the laptop you open between patients. The people we already design for are mostly women running their own practices, and they care how the page looks. This note is written for that work, and it is open to anyone building the first public page. Copy the prompt. Then use Lovable on one screen at a time.
The prompt to paste into Claude
Start a new chat. Paste this. Answer one question at a time. If you skip proof, Claude should say proof is missing. That empty box is more useful than a fake review.
The prompt
You are helping me write a branding package I will paste into a website builder. Use only facts I give you. If I did not give a fact, write "not provided" instead of inventing it. Ask me one question at a time until you have: 1. The name I use in public 2. Who it is for, in one sentence 3. The problem in their words 4. What I sell, and what they walk away with 5. Proof I can say out loud. Counts, years, or the kinds of customers I really have. If I have none, say so. 6. Three words for the tone 7. Colors I already like, or the words to choose from: calm, clinical, warm, sharp 8. What I refuse to claim Then return these sections, each with a heading: - One-sentence offer - Homepage headline - Subhead - Primary button label - Three short proof lines, or a note that proof is missing - Voice: words to use and words to avoid - Visual direction: color words and type words, not a fake logo - One paragraph I can paste into Lovable that describes the first page only Do not invent testimonials, prices, awards, or photos.
Then tell Lovable what not to invent
Paste the package into Lovable as the first message, and say it is the design source. The Lovable docs are the product manual. These are the habits that keep a build from wandering.
When the first page matches the brief, the same words can go through the brand brief builder. If you want a person on the design, book a growth session.
- One screen per message. A homepage, then a booking page. Not the whole company.
- Name what must stay. 'Change the headline only. Leave the navigation.'
- Ask for the phone width after the wide layout looks right.
- When it breaks, paste the error and the file name. Do not paste the whole chat back.
- Payments, logins, and a blog are three messages, not one.
- Read the headline out loud. If it sounds like a template, send the sentence you actually want.
