# Wannlabs Enterprise — Evaluation License

This kit (the installer scripts, configuration templates and documentation in this
archive, together the "Kit") is licensed, not sold. By downloading or using the Kit
you agree to these terms.

1. **Evaluation use.** You may install and run the Kit on infrastructure you control
   for internal evaluation and testing by your organization for up to 90 days.
   Production use, resale, hosting the Kit for third parties, or redistributing it
   requires a separate written agreement with Wannlabs.
2. **No trademark rights.** "Wannlabs", "Ember", "Emma" and their logos are
   trademarks of Wannlabs. You may not use them except to refer to the Kit.
3. **Third-party software.** The Kit installs open-source components (see
   THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). Each is governed by its own license, which these terms
   do not change.
4. **Your data stays yours.** The Kit sends no telemetry to Wannlabs. You are
   responsible for securing, backing up and complying with the laws that apply to
   the data you put into your installation.
5. **No warranty.** The Kit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the
   maximum extent permitted by law, Wannlabs is not liable for any indirect,
   incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
6. **Termination.** This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination
   you must stop using the Kit and delete your copies.
7. **Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of
   Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
